Clark Gregg aside, this was a fantastic episode. The woman that played Rose Schwimmer (Caroline Kava) gave an amazing performance.

This episode balanced a lot of strong opinions and did it well.

Clark Gregg used to have hair!

I loved this episode, especially when the defendant went to testify against his counsel advice and she went bananas. I felt like something that could really happen in real life.

Episode was a 3-Star for me, but I had to bump it up by one because of Clark Gregg's appearance (I'm somewhat of an MCU-nut myself).

Didn’t love the episode, but it was fun seeing Agent Coulson before his SHIELD boot camp ;P

Once again a "ripped from the headlines" episode that would still be relevant today in parts of the country.

I thought they did an excellent job having the prosecutors debate it as a legal issue and let the detectives question it as a moral issue. It gave the whole cast some nice depth though you could easily guess what side everyone would be on.

Robinette and Schiff had some great lines and delivery, which sometimes feels lacking in modern dramas.

Lost a star because it felt like the detectives arrested with so little evidence and stuff just came flying out at the end.

One of the things I love most about Law & Order is all the cameo's, a lot of times before the person ever get's famous. It was great to see a young Clark Gregg pop up in this episode.
