Is the Bible still used in court oaths? It's really odd that a country that supposedly has a separation of religion and government would use this. What happens if an non-Christian has to make the oath?

The episodes with kids are always hard, but in this case, I thought the plot was a little too convoluted and didn't seem to result in much closure. Also, the way that principal treated the teacher was appalling. Which was the point, I'm sure, but my goodness.

Agreeing with @alendor. It felt hard for me to watch the episode because of how disturbing some of the scenes were.

I feel a lot of things were glossed over and the pacing went quite fast. They catch her "red" handed trying to burn her son's hand and it wasn't even mentioned and they acted like there was still a chance the mother wasn't at fault.
I liked the dual defendants though. Also first time the credits mention a specific case and it was interesting to see them say "Hey remember this? Well, this episode is certainly NOT about that one and here's why."
